What is the Cancellation Policy for a Web3 Event?

Are you planning to attend a Web3 event but are unsure of the cancellation policy? Don't worry, we've got you covered. At CUES, we understand that plans can change and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place. When it comes to canceling an event, an 85% refund will be granted if the request is received 10 business days before the scheduled event. If the request is received between 9 and 5 business days before the scheduled event, a 50% refund will be granted.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if the request is received less than 5 days before the scheduled event. It's important to note that CUES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, fees will be refunded if the event is rescheduled or if the location is changed and you are unable to attend. In addition, any cancellation request that is received less than 10 business days before a scheduled event (or after the date of the event has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the chairmen of the respective committees, who, in turn, will recommend the appropriate refund and appropriate measures to the Board of Directors.For more information on our full event policies and Health & Safety information, please visit our website.
